Originally built for the 1929 World Expo, the Miramar underwent a comprehensive restoration eight year’s ago. It has a unique location on Montjuic hill, overlooking the city and a short taxi drive from the port.
With over 8,000 square metres of gardens and an outdoor summer swimming pool, the hotel enjoys rare commodities in Barcelona, namely space and tranquillity. All 75 bedrooms are stylishly furnished in a contemporary fashion. Most rooms have their own terrace with views overlooking the gardens, the city or the sea. The L’Occitane spa is one of Barcelona’s finest and has a sauna, Turkish bath and a heated indoor swimming pool.
